Policy
At Gralite® Outdoors, your satisfaction of
our products is our number one priority. We understand that sometimes it is
necessary to return or exchange an item. At Gralite® Outdoors we have a
30-day money back guarantee. If you not completely satisfied with our
product when it arrives, we’ll refund your money or exchange it for
something else.
All requests for returns, exchanges or packages damaged in shipping must be
made by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-866-243-1249.
CONDITIONS
1. Custom waders are not returnable.
2. Gralite® Waders and Hip Boots must be in saleable condition and must not
show wear.
3. All custom-made orders are not returnable. Custom orders are the sole
responsibility of the purchaser. |
