Gralite® Outdoors One-Year Warranty
 

1. The warrantor of this product is Gralite® Outdoors, a division of Standard Safety Equipment Company, 1407 Ridgeview Drive, McHenry, IL 60050 (888) 345-4773 Fax: (815) 363-8633.

2. Our Warranty extends to the first purchaser of the product covered herein, and to no other subsequent purchaser.

3. Our Warranty covers the fabric used in the manufacture of Gralite® waders and hip boots; and the boots that are attached to the waders or hip boots.

4. Proof of purchase and price paid is required to receive a refund.

5. We strongly recommend that, for best results, all field repairs to the Gralite® fabric be made with a Gralite® Outdoors Repair Kit. If other methods and/or materials of repair are used, you may nullify the Warranty and we may not be able to repair the damaged product if sent in for factory repair.

6. The Gralite® fabric used in the manufacture of Gralite® Waders and Hip Boots is guaranteed not to peel, rot or crack for one (1) year, subject to the following terms and conditions:

A. Manufacturing defects of the Gralite® fabric will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
B. Other repairs to Gralite® fabric will be performed for the purchaser at cost.
C. This Warranty will be null and void if the waders or hip boots are dry cleaned or cleaned with a petroleum derivative.
 

To validate your warranty:
The registration card packed in each Gralite® garment must be returned via mail to Gralite® Outdoors within 10 days of purchase. First-buyer’s information will be kept on record in the event of a claim against the Warranty.

Handling claims against the warranty:
The Warranty is backed by the manufacturer. Do not send any garment back for repair or adjustment without first corresponding about the problem. When corresponding, make sure to refer to the warranty number of the garment. On waders, this number is a five-digit number located on the back of the inside pocket. Write to: Gralite® Outdoors, P.O. Box 189, McHenry, IL 60051.

Factory Repairs:
Please refer all requests for factory repair to the above address. You will then be contacted as to how to proceed. Do not send waders or boots without prior notification to the manufacturer.

Field Repairs:
Use the Gralite® Outdoors Repair Kit in the event your waders or hip boots are damaged while in use (for example, tears or punctures caused by barbed wire, brush, or other sharp objects). If other methods and/or materials of repair are used, you may nullify the Warranty and we may not be able to repair the damaged product if sent in for factory repair.
